Give your sweetheart both roses and dark chocolate at the same time!  We use our no-sugar-added gourmet dark chocolate for the pretty chocolate box.  The heart inside is made the same way as our no-sugar dark-chocolate truffle.  A touch of edible glitter enhances the pattern on both heart and box, and this is boxed into a clear box.  The edible glitter is a sugar-based product, but since the amount used is so small, there is no measurable addition of calories.
