PRODUCT STORAGE

Brehmer’s Handmade Candies uses tempered chocolate (a process whereby chocolate is heated then slowly cooled and stirred to make it crisp and shelf-stable without the addition of any stabilizers).

Our candies must be kept out of the sun and never above 80 degrees or below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If the candies are kept too cold, they will sweat and discolor at room temperature. If kept too warm, they will melt and discolor, as well as lose flavor.

Our candies contain only real ingredients, no preservatives or additives. Keep them as close to 65 degrees as you can, and they will stay fresh for 2 to 4 months. They are best if consumed within 2 months from the "packed on" date on your box(s).
